Exhibitors

Thank you for your interest in Exhibiting with ChupacabraCon! We have a number of vending options outlined below. To reserve your booth, please visit our TableTop.Events page and select Exhibit>Apply to Exhibit.

Note that all applications will be reviewed by staff, we reserve the right to reject applications for any reason including inappropriate merchandise, prior misconduct, or duplicative content (e.g. we don’t want ALL our exhibitors to be dice merchants, but having several is fine).

To become an exhibitor you must adhere to our code of conduct.

Booths & Pricing

We have several areas where vendors can set up, each with varying degrees of visibility.

Premium Booths are offered in the concourse and have the highest visibility to attendees as well as other visitors to the convention center.

Indoor Booths line the walls of our play areas and have constant exposure to players but are often set back from the entrance.
